I find Apple grating, I hate my iPod and don’t have a mac but as a former Blackberry user, I love my iPhone. I resisted the iPhone because its Apple connection but once my second Blackberry started having problems after one year, and “customer service” wouldn’t help me, I made the switch. I can do different things at the same time and have no issue with battery drainage. Apps close right away. As long as the battery is fully charged when I wake up at 5:30 AM, even if I actively use the phone for 6, 7 hours (or more) the battery is still has had 20% charge when it is time to go to bed at around 11/12 PM. Plus it charges very quickly, if I do forget to charge it, it can be back at full charge from nearly dead in 1/2 hour or less.

The Blackberry was always dying even when I rarely used it and closed the meager amount of apps that were available for it each time. I wouldn’t say the iPhone is any easier to use than the Blackberry was but it can do a lot more. I haven’t experienced the droid though.

It’s pretty sweet. I’ll have to let you play around with it next time I run into you.
